This service is for registration and qualification of the real estate developer with the Ministry of Housing based on Royal Order No. (A / 84) dated 2/14/1442 AH and the controls and conditions for considering real estate developers eligible for tax refund according to the decision of the Chairman of the Zakat and Income Authority Council Resolution No. (1754) dated 4/15/ 1442 AH, and the data of qualified real estate developers will be sent to the General Authority for Zakat and Income for approval according to the Authority’s policies and provisions.
